Hallo liebes Team, Leider habe ich die Wintermasken zurück schicken müssen, da sie viel zu groß sind. Das Material ist sehr gut, doch die Masken passen leider nicht. Die Sportmaske habe ich behalten. Bitte buchen Sie mir den Differenzbetrag zurück auf meine Kreditkarte. Wenn Sie wieder kleinere Wintermasken als die S/M Masken aus dieser Charge haben, informieren Sie mich gerne. Bonjour, j'ai dû payer la livraison par le transporteur UPS, un montant de CHF 29.- malgré que le transport, livraison était compris dans le prix des masques. C'est la raison pour laquelle je suis mécontent. Je vous ai d'ailleurs déjà écrit 2 autres mails. J'attends donc une réponse par mail de votre part sous : c-b.friedli@hispeed.ch

Dovete informare i clienti (Svizzeri?) delle spese extra. Ho dovuto pagare CHF 30.45 alla ditta UPS per costi cargo. Su merce per fr. 100.-- le spese sono davvero eccessive!

the experience with the UYN company was smooth and well, but the delivery service was not goot. the parcel was left somewhere at the gondola station and I had to search for it. ups seems to be not the perfect delivery service.

I ordered in CHF over your web page (link via Facebook) and therfore did not expect that I have to pay taxes and import customs... Further all packages were open, broken and the masks had a very bad smell, seemed chemical to me, maybe from the plastic foil in which it was wrapped into it. Two days after my purchase I saw the same masks at Hornbach. Half the price, no smell and definitely no extra Taxes. Would not recommend anyone to buy from you. Next, recommended size is totally weong, size L especially on the wintermask is way too large.

Its a pity that you do not indicate more clearly on your website that the shipping cost are free BUT that ridiculously high (50% of the bill!) custom taxes apply by UPC!
