Cher client, malheureusement la couleur que vous avez choisie pour l'un des deux produits, n'était plus disponible. Nous vous avons immédiatement informé par e-mail si vous auriez préféré une autre couleur ou un remboursement. Vous avez répondu que vous préfériez le remboursement, à ce point nous vous avons envoyé un article et l'autre nous l’ avons remboursé. Nous espérons vous avoir encore comme client. The website presents a swiss flag and prices in swiss francs. But I paid twice the VAT - in Italy and Switzerland -. The website is misleading and there is definitely an issue with the taxes.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We would like to point out that you did not pay double VAT, but customs duties that Switzerland requires for all items purchased from other countries. Unfortunately we cannot take charge of the customs fees that non-EU countries decide to apply to imports into their countries, as it is clearly indicated in the contractual conditions that you have accepted before completing the order.
