J'ai appelé le samedi matin pour savoir si un service àtait faisable en 1 semaine, on m'a dit que oui, le ramassage se faisait le mardi et que le jeudi ils seraient de retour. Hors le jeudi on m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils ne sont pas revenus, mais qu'ils seraient normalement de retour le vendredi. Ayant pas de nouvelles vendredi à 11h (je partais en ski à 16h) j'ai appelé le magasin pour demander si ils étaient arrivés, la personne au téléphone m'a dit qu'elle ne savait pas, et que la personne concernée n'étais pas dispo, mais qu'il me rappelerai pour me confirmer (j'avais vraiment besoin de savoir avant de me déplacer) et je n'ai jamais eu d'appel, donc j'ai rappelé à 13h30 pour avoir la confirmation et la on m'a dit que oui ils étaient la, mais qu'ils avaient oublié de me rappelé. Finalement tout s'est bien passé, plus de peu que de mal, et le service pour ce prix est top! Merci

Pas sympa de mettre des modèles qui ne seront pas livrable avant 8 mois quand on veut acheter quelque chose de suite. Le modèle que j’ai dû acheter en magasin ne me plaît pas du tout, mais j’ai pris car je voulais des chaussures de suite. Sinon j’aurais commandé ailleurs. Merci et bonne journée

Chère Madame, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire qui permettra d'améliorer nos services. Effectivement nous sommes navrés de ne pas avoir pu vous fournir la chaussure de ski de fond initialement commandée sur notre site. Nous devions recevoir ce modèle au mois de novembre mais le fournisseur a eu du retard dans la production. Nous aurions du enlever, le cas échéant, ce modèle de notre site. En espérant pouvoir mieux vous servir dans un futur proche. Meilleures salutations et bon ski.
