Site internet bien fait, prix tout à fait concurrentiel, livraison rapide, réponse au mais après demande de précision. Le seul point d'amélioration est le réglage de la fixation en longueur qui était faux, alors que le type et la longueur de chaussure avait été fourni. Cela aurait pu être dramatique avec une dynafit non réglable mais était ok avec la diamir. Je rachèterai sur ce site!!!!

The size didn't fit - because of Burton's change in size - and the right size wasn't available anymore so we had to pay for shipping charges.

Les tailles Burton ont effectivement changé depuis maintenant 2 ans et le guide des tailles est affiché sur notre site. Effectivement la taille du dessus n'était plus disponible. Comme indiqué dans nos conditions générales de vente, le retour d'un produit envoyé à l'étranger est à la charge du client (le retour et échange gratuit est uniquement disponible en suisse) Néanmoins nous avons fait le nécessaire pour vous faciliter le retour et nous vous avons immédiatement remboursé le produit.
