I enjoyed my first purchase experience with Coltorti and would be happy to shop again! Their selection and prices were great. It was also a plus that I could use Rakuten with them, and their relationship with Rakuten is what inclined me to purchase from them in the first place. They were a bit slower than many of their competitors at shipping things to me, and that is why I gave less than 5 stars. But I enjoyed doing business with them, and hope to again some day.

Generally positive experience. Good product range & pricing. Would prefer tax/duty included, but it’s clearly stated they aren’t so this was no surprise. Dispatch/fulfilment was slower than other retailers I shop with, shipping rate is quite expensive, for an item over $1000 usd I would usually expect shipping to be included or a reduced rate
