I just received the items I ordered. In the package, there are two products were damaged including the face mask and the anti aging serum. The boxes of the products were squeezed hardly and had scratched marks on boxes of the two products. so many damages including the serum. And the box of Anti-Aging serum was soaking wet because because the content of the bottle leaked out. Turns out the serum box was soaking wet. I don’t understand why you shipped the products which had The hand scratches and damages on and didn’t take care of the products carefully before shipping and causing all the damages. I have attached photos so you can see what happened to the products I received.The box of the package is fine, but the products you put in the package box were visibly damaged badly. I bought the products as my mother’s birthday gift however I received the damaged products in the package box.. This is my first time ordered items from Coltorti also the last time. very disappointed experience. I had paid the taxes to the carrier. Will the refund also includes the taxes I have paid for the carrier? and Also you mentioned the return products must be shipped within 7 days from now. I cannot do that because I will be out of the town. Also, I don't even know how much the shipping will cost also how they going to pick up this package. It might take a very long time for this process. My mother’s birthday is today. We are extremely disappointed with the way you handle the items I ordered which were damaged and now you request to ship back in 7 days. I don't think it's the customer’s responsibility to deal with this by ourselves. And also once I ship back will I receive the product without damage in 7 days??? Can you either ship the one without damage or refund for the damaged items??
