I think the duty and custom fee is not clear on how much we will be charge which I feel is miss selling, and I was charged over 150£ which is ridiculous and very disappointing. I won’t be coming back AGAIN & WONT BE recommending.

Worst experiences ever. I didn’t receive any notification when the package arrived, so it was stuck at DHL for a week. When I finally figured out it’s stuck at custom clearance, I was being charged 17% extra cost that wasn’t mentioned during the purchase. I will never purchase anything from Coltorti.
