I received my item on August 22, 2022, when I opened the plastic from the carrier the box had water and when I opened the bag to check if their was damage to the bag (LE NINÈ) I noticed woven on the top and bottom is lose. I tried to do a returned, but it said I had to paid for the shipping to return the item. Which I already paid $20 for shipping. I was disappointed with my item.

I didn’t receive the item I purchased. I received a completely different item. When I raised it with customer service they didn’t offer to send me the correct item but instead a refund where I’m responsible for shipping charges & customs charges,
