was not aware that I had to pay customs charge to DHL for delivery. that really should be included, as there are many scams. DHL sent an email, but not sure it was valid, so had to spend time verifying.

Ho trovato il sito per puro caso, mentre cercavo il mio numero per un paio di sneakers Autry. Potendo usufruire anche di un piccolo sconto offertomi una volta giunti sul sito, ne ho approfittato! Le scarpe sono state spessite il martedì dopo Pasqua e mi sono arrivate un giorno dopo, in un box ben imbottito per evitare urti anche alla scatola delle scarpe stessa. Tutto perfetto, assolutamente!

L’ordine è arrivato giorni dopo rispetto a quanto indicato, solo per avere il tracking number della spedizione ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni. Non ho potuto aggiungere nessun messaggio al regalo.

Ordered a down jacket from the website, got it within a week. However the jacket is missing a storage pouch, so I emailed the customer service team. They said they’ll look into it. Yet it’s been 3 weeks and I never heard back. :(

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Ordered a pair of Ugg boots requested size 37 and was sent a size 38. Naturally there too big and have to be sent back. The worst thing about this transaction is that I had to pay £55.60 in shipping taxes to DHL for a pair of boots that cost £153.00! Shockingly expensive. I could have handled this if they had sent the correct size. Also, they will deduct shipping fees from my refund when I return them even though they have sent the wrong size. Sadly won’t be shopping on here again.

I don't feel Coltorti make it clear enough at checkout that UK shoppers are going to be hit for import duty and VAT before delivery. Perhaps I should have checked more carefully but I was genuinely surprised that I had to pay a large fee. However, the garment I bought was fantastic, beautifully packaged and arrived very quickly. Brexit is really to blame but please make this hidden cost more obvious to us unlucky UK residents.
