Fast shipping and safe delivery handling (signature required). Great quality products as well. Taking one start off hoping the boutique would negotiate a better price with delivery company so the shipping can go down a little. I don't expect the shipping & handling to be completely free for the good and speedy service, however, $20 for shipping and $40 if something needs to be returned/exchange is just too pricy.

Thought I read something saying to order a half size down so I got a 9 instead of a 9.5. Not sure where I went wrong but these sneakers run true to size. The shoe is a little snug but without discomfort so I will keep them. Would've preferred the 9.5 though. Other than that the shoes came in nicely packaged and without damage. The quality of the shoe and smell of true leather was appealing as well. Didn't have to wait long for it either. I'll give you guys 5 stars since the size issue may have been my own mistake.
