Wonderful experience! I got a great deal on my boots. My order total was under the threshold so I wasn't charged import tax or duties. Be aware that if your order is over a certain amount you will get an additional charge. The boots were such a good deal and they still would have been even with the extra fees but it was even more amazing when their weren't any. Shipping is lightening fast and the boots were wrapped so nicely. I would definitely do business with this store again.

Return for international customers is unfriendly. I placed two orders previously. Unfortunately none of the items worked out. I was charged about $40/order. So I paid $80 for two orders where I did not keep anything. I usually look else where before Coltorti due to this.
