I received a different item than I purchased and you would think this was my fault this happened rather than Coltorti's. If you live in the US it usually takes a day to get a response back from customer service so the issue can't get solved quickly. I just want the order I received to be exchanged for the correct item I purchased. I dont think that's so hard to ask, so keep that in mind before purchasing on this site that you might not get the item you even wanted.
