The candles have popped out from their own original packages, everywhere of the box are the wax crumbles and stained the candles’ package. One of the package even has been broken, so sad. It’s not supposed to be the luxury candles been received like this. I’ve attached all photos I’ve taken when I opened the box for reference. Hopefully you can take more care of the packing procedure and let the luxury candles be revived as the satiated situation.

Great experience, I managed to buy from them a Tabby 18 handbag in pale pistachio, which was not available literally anywhere in my location (Poland). The bag is original, gorgeous and has a smell of good quality leather. I ordered the package on Wednesday right before midnight, and on Friday morning I had the bag! Faster than lots of national companies. I should also add that I have found a 30% discount code, so the final price of the handbag was really low. Highly recommended, I will definitely use again when circumstances allow.
