I had to pay £307.7 custom duties which I was not aware. I should have been informed by email and asked if I accept to pay this before packing and delivering my order

Dear Savas, As per our policy, the product prices do not include taxes and duties for orders being shipped outside the EU. The payment of taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, since they are calculated by the local customs office. Very poor packaging and the DHL delivery email came about one week after my purchase which suggest that it took 1 week to just process my order. Most places take only 1-2 business days to process the order.
