No price adjustments. It should not be unreasonable to request this for a change in price within a week or two. It would still be cheaper if I returned the item and reordered it with the new price. Refusing to assist with this request does not help retain any customers. There are a lot of places to purchase the same item from these days and I do not think I would want to order from Coltorti. Good customer service does go a long way.

Terrible. I was met with a 60 pound charge before the courier would release my items and also have an issue with the t shirt print that I’m not happy with. Maximum effort to receive or send anything back to this company and also do not make it clear that you’ll be charged after you’ve already paid delivery at check out. Disgusting
