Being charged for shipping cost twice and when I raised it up to support center, they just ignored me. Really bad service and import cost not included in price. Very misleading.

DHL never delivered my package and it's impossible to get ahold of someone at coltorti to resolve this. I will be asking my credit card for a chargeback

I have to say this was my worst shopping experience ever. It was just a mistake of someone sending me the wrong size of shoes which were supposed to be fixed quickly, but I can't believe why it took almost two weeks to deal with the situation. I received the package on 11/19, and I requested exchange immediately after I found out the wrong size. I noticed you have no exchange policy, so I expected to hear back from your company sooner so that I could return and repurchase the correct size with your limited time discount. I received a reply asking me to send the picture of the shoe box on 11/22. I sent the photo after work on the same day. After the customer service confirmed my return on Tuesday. I replied in an hour explaining the situation of trying on and removing the tag before I checked the size. I got the reply on 11/23 to send the photos of every angle of the shoes and I sent those photos within a few hours. Besides, I ‘ve asked them to please help me deal with this ASAP because the size of shoes was almost sold out. However, I did not receive any response until 11/30, when the shoes were all sold out. I have no idea why it took five days to respond to this simple issue. I really love the shoes, so I asked if it's possible for repurchase when the shoes restock instead of refunding me now. Very disappointingly, I got an answer of “Unfortunately, we do not have visibility over out of stock or coming soon items”. During the whole time, I didn't see any penny tiny kindly helping at all. I only got "sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding". It is not my fault to receive the wrong size of shoes, but I have to spend time dealing with the import tax return myself, and I can’t see any responsibility from customer service that they wanted to help me solve the issue. I do understand that anyone makes mistakes, especially when you are busy with holiday season. But I clearly said at the beginning that I hope to get a response sooner so I could repurchase. Or if you could help to do an alternative solution is also what I would greatly appreciate. However, they didn’t show any true effort to help solve the mistake from your end. The whole experience was just extremely disappointing. I really hope you can revaluate your customer service department, since there is definitely a better way to help customer resolve similar issues as mine.

This company dispatched very promptly to UK. There was a slight delivery issue with DHL taking it past the agreed timeframe but this has nothing to do with Coltorti. Also tax etc has to be paid to the delivery company, for those not aware it may be beneficial to inform them at checkout. Will definitely order again

Awful customer service. they sent me a product with a mark on it- i’ve been trying to return for a week now, they won’t answer any of my emails and won’t send me the shipping label they claim to provide. this was a large purchase too. don’t shop here- not trustworthy.
