Shopping online was easy. It’s when DHL requested £93.47 Import taxes etc for delivery was the shock because it was one third of the price of the item purchased. That amount was not expected otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered the item .

Poor on returns. So difficult and wasted many Days as the waybill and pro forms invoice was Not included in the box. DHL came on first time and refused my box, stating no label. I asked for a label and contacted DHL. DHL came a second time and refused my box with no pro forms invoice. This wasted a week. Please take note and do not refuse my return since it was much later due to the inconvenience. You should include the label and pro forms when you receive my return request and not wait for me to ask for it. Please take note.
