Awful. You failed to deliver within 2-4 days as promised. Then my package sat in transit for 6 days because you failed to tell me about customs charges that had to be paid before delivery.

I bought a handbag for my wife this Christmas and the experience from purchase through to delivery was exceptional. I’m based in the UK and received the product (from Italy) within 5 days and the communication was clear and consistent throughout. Only thing to be aware of is the deal seemed cheaper online as duty taxes were not included and had to be paid after - so the final price was actually similar to other competitors in the end.
