I've purchased 3 times so far from Coltorti Boutique website and I am 100% satisfied with the whole process!! The website is easy to navigate, the checkout is fast and easy as well. More importantly - sizing has been accurate as indicated on the website, in my experience! The delivery always took 7-9 days (that's from Italy to Los Angeles) and I've always received multiple updates on shipments while in transit. Items were in perfect condition, securely packaged - and I love everything I've purchased from them. I don't have an opinion on the return process since I haven't returned anything; but that's because I do extensive research on items I purchase from Coltorti as I'm not particularly looking forward to dealing with a return to Italy. US stores I don't mind, but other countries - that's a hassle, expensive, and a mess waiting to happen. My advice - make sure you know exactly what you're buying, and that you actually want it, and get your size right - you'll be a happy customer, because their prices are unbeatable. And remember that items over a certain amount ($800 I think but not sure!) will require a tax to be paid on them upon their delivery to the US! My tax amount on a purchase that was over $800 came to about 8.5% tax, or slightly less (for LA, don't know if it's state-specific or not). So bottom line - great service overall, really can't complain! Thak you Coltorti!
