Quick shipping. perfect quality but huge custom duty to Canada. Other websites cover the custom duty and taxes so I may stick with them.

Purchased an item less than $1000 but dhl force me to pay tax and duty while USA tax and duty only for item over $2000 USD. They won’t release my parcel until I paid $100 for no reason . And Coltorti emailed me told me to pay , if not , my parcel will be sent back to the seller and I have to pay both way shipping ! I purchased many items from Italy before and never pay tax and duty for item under $2000 . I will never purchase from this store again.

The purchase went well but I received the package without a receipt. A sweater is not what I wanted. I applied for a return on January 30th and have not picked up the package until today. I don't know what to do now. Wish there were more options for return service

Terrible and horrible! wrong color received, not only me, heard from couple friends. customer service does not work in USA time. Even create return label online does NOT work in USA time. If you are in USA, do not use it.

Experience was great! Received item fast and it was packaged lovely. I was hit with a duty charge (live in US) and realized that’s why their prices are a little less but all in all, still had wonderful experience. Would shop with Coltorti again.
