The shopping experience was greatnuntil i got an email saying that they could not accept my return( i had never shopped in europe online and did not exactly knew the right size, my bad, so bought a size too big) because the dress is stained and has a broken strap. They sent me puctures and honestly, that is not the dress i tried on. The stro was not broken and if stin was there it was not me and i did not notice. So very disappointed at them. I am Not buying again from them. Never
