We had initially hoped to use this company to purchase some of our favorite products that are a bit more difficult to access where our newly purchased villa is located. Our first order absolutely changed out mind as the shipping was horrible, and we had to cancel the order. They will say that we did not enter our exact address ...we did....it is impossible not to when using our credit card through Paypal or otherwise. It simply will not go through UNLESS the address is clearly correct. I have shopped online PRIMARILY for years...and for the past two years we have used the same shipping address in Florence near our apartment, at The DHL Store on Via Pietrapiana...and never...I will repeat...NEVER has this ever been any issue and that goes for using fed Ex, UPS, Italian Poste, BRT, DHL...EVERYONE! Maybe it was a system glitch...I don't know but I am certain it was never on our end...but an address when using Paypal is literally entered automatically...every single time! In any case...we found this nightmare too much to continue and I feel this is something our company should immediately address. The mistake was all yours, and yet I was made to feel it was all mine, and this is not a good way to handle business if you want to succeed.

Dear Montgomery, we thank you for your precious business advice. As we explain to you, the address is automaticlaly fileld up only in the case taht the website uses paypall button. We do not have it for a better user experience and to avoid . So it's impossible that you automatically insert the address. In any case we totally refund you even if we did not make any mistake.
