Plenty of choice and also considering it came from Italy it arrived before the expect delivery date

I actually wasn’t happy as I ordered the bracelet with charms but only one of the charms was for the bracelet the other charms were gifts for other people so I then had to go to my local nomination stockist and purchase five blank charms!

They chose to use a useless Courier who delivered to the wrong address! Then when I eventually got it part of it was missing. They did refund me but had to keep emailing to find out what was going on!

hello, i'm not happy at all! i ordered (order 31000020646) on 2/12 a golden link SKU 03180002 and i revieved the link in silver, and not in gold. this was a present for Xmas. Instantly i send a email to tell that there was a problem, and the person(Giada) replyed that i would receive the golden link in between 2/7 days. for the moment i'm still waiting without news en no present for Xmas!

Dear Glenn As wrote via email Unfortunately the gold link has not been shipped yet because we are waiting for new stock by our laboratories We regret for the human mistake. If you prefer to receive a refund, i will proceed with the refund. If you prefer to wait for the link, the shipment will organize starting from January 15th due to the inventory of stock that not permits to organize any shipments. Let me know via email. Got the nomination bracelet for my Daughter, for her 16th birthday. She been wanting one for years. She has finally got one & loves it. It’s nice that you can add parts to it. Different choices of metal, including combined, which is beautiful. Very strong to & not easy to break or lose.
