Not happy at all ordered a product in Dec and I have not recived it or had a confirmation that it has been sent. Never gonna buy a product from you again and I will not recomend you to anyone. Sorry but hope your company sort it out

I placed the order on December 18 and received confirmation that my order payment was received, but I have not received my order. I have also not received any email telling me the that the order was shipped or what the tracking number is. Can you tell me where my order is?

Dear Anthony, thank you for contacting us and for your order on our Website. I'm sorry but, as stated on the website, Orders placed after December 15 will be shipped starting from Thursday, January 14, 2016. Unfortunately we are not able to ship within the second half of January. Our Warehouse is at the moment strictly closed for inventory, and it is forbidden to withdraw the goods also for E-commerce Issue. At the moment of the shipment, you will receive a second order confirmation by email with a tracking number in order to follow the shipment at any time. I placed Order on December 13 and payment was made. Shipment was not initiated until December 21. DHL did not deliver until December 28. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. The web page on which this review was submitted is only partially translated. Only the first of the 5 categories for which a rating is requested has been translated to English. For example the second Category is described as 'Consegna (Optional)'.

Hello, I honestly didn't think I would receive before Christmas Day but I did! The items were packaged well and the charms came in perfect condition. The only mistake I made was buying my mother-in-law the same zodiac charm that she already has. I will be contacting Customer Service to see how I can make an exchange. Thank you.
