I ordered a bracelet with a special engraving as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day,& for one more time the bracelet was wonderful, the engraving was superior (Nomination has the best engraving on jewellery by far),& the delivery from Italy to Greece was super fast!Of course we really love & we recommend Nomination!

When I first logged in, I was not directed to the USA site which caused problems. Eventually I logged off and shut down and logged back in and only then did it direct me accordingly. After that it was very easy to place my order. I do think that the tool to help remove the links should be included - I needed one but finally figured out how to do without it. I love the bracelet and look forward to my trip to Italy to buy more charms.

I was dealt with certain efficiently and my ask was delivered perfectly. I would suggest that you review your policy around having to buy a charm with every purchase of a bracelet you make and have a policy maybe that if you spend over a certain amount this should not apply. I like to gift these bracelets but don't always want to spend a huge amount on a present so allow other people to purchase the charms.
