I'm not sure if my first review went through because the image upload got stuck loading. These are very nice cabinets, but there are a few things the company can change to make the experience better. First, the way in which you ship the panels for the cabinets is confusing. You have cardboard "bumpers" on all sides of the panel keeping it safe during transit, except for a small part covering the front of the panel - where you place the sharp metal hardware used for attaching it to the cabinet. I had the first set of panels I ordered replaced due to gouges and markings made during shipping from the mounting hardware being pushed into the unprotected panel. The replacements were also not completely unmarred, but I was able to clean them up enough that you can't tell without getting very close. Secondly, the way in which you have us attach the mounting pin for the piston is strange given how easy the rest of the build is. The instructions say to hammer the nut in, but that really didn't work well. I found it better to use as clamp and "press" the nut into the particle board. Either way, it seems like an inelegant solution to an otherwise painless build. The pistons also seem really cheap. They rock as the panel lowers and cause the whole cabinet to oscillate a bit if left to drop on its own. Lastly, the mounting hardware you provide to hang the cabinets on the wall are woefully inadequate for something of this weight. Please spend the extra $1 shipping out toggle bolts that can support ~100lbs to give people more security that their nice new cabinets are going to be on the floor in the morning. Also, the plates on which the cabinet hooks hang are too narrow. I hung several cabinets next to each other and getting them to sit flush next to each other was a pain because there was no lateral movement possible with the wall plate. A wider french cleat system would be much easier and elegant. This would also allow people a better chance to find a stud, making the mount even more secure. I really do like the look of the cabinets now that they're all installed, but boy was that a lot more work than it should have been.

Ottimo il prodotto e le due funzionalità. Pessimo il servizio di corriere che più volte non ha rispettato gli appuntamenti presi con conseguenti disagi lavorativi per lo scrivente. Il servizio pur essendo a pagamento prevede la consegna su strada e non è possibile neanche a pagamento la consegna al piano. I colli superavano i 60kg.
