I paid for the goods on November 27, 2020 at 20:58. Received the goods on December 18, 2020 at 14:27 in Riga, Latvia. A pleasant surprise was the presence in the set of HOOK (PRODUCT NUMBER N597001) and SCREW (PRODUCT NUMBER N587357), which I did not find in the product description. Also, as I understand it, there was a mistake in the product description. It says: "EQUIPMENT: 2 batteries 18V - 2.0Ah, charger, carrying case", but it should be: "EQUIPMENT: 2 batteries 18V - 4.0Ah, charger, carrying case". It would be nice to indicate in the description that the bundle includes an SFMCB12 charger (OUTPUT: 18V 2.0A). This is important, since such a charger takes 2 hours to charge an 18V - 4.0Ah battery.

I have no delivery! Please remedy this ASAP. This is my first order and I am not impressed. It is more than a week overdue and I have had no explanation or excuse from mr worker

Over 2 weeks after placing order, I still haven’t had acknowledgement that it’s even been dispatched. When I emailed to request update, all I’ve received is this review request. So here is my verdict- very very poor!!!

Commande passée plus d’un mois,aucune expédition fait,demander le remboursement,pas de retour depuis,litige PayPal direct.

Ordered and paid for product in October now December still no delivery all the excuses in the world about to ask for money back not worth using these people

After reading all the negative reviews online about misterworker.com I was apprehensive/hesitant about purchasing from them. Like everyone I couldn’t believe their prices but I just pulled the trigger and purchased $185.00 worth from them after my 15% DC. The items I purchased were all in stock and read 1/2 my items needs 2-3 days to ship and the other 4-5 days . At their website it’s states due to COVID-19 they needed extra days to ship. My purchase was on 11-20-20 and they shipped my items on 12-07-20 and I received my items today on 12-09-20. The UPS worldwide saver was extremely fast. The package was delivered to me in 3 days from Italy!!!Every email I sent was answered within 24 hours by Paula and she reassured me that all my item will ship and arrive together soon, which it did. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely buy more items from them.

Ordine e pagamento anticipato effettuato il 24-11-2020, e alla data del 09-12-2020 NON ANCORA pervenuto. Dopo aver sollecitato il costumer care sales@misterworker.com L’azienda,scusandosi si è prontamente attivata per fornirmi notizie circa l’ordine del materiale e la sua tracciabilita’. raccomando Mister worker per la loro serietà!

I have been waiting months and months for my order which they will not dispatch due to an error on their stock counting system. Ordered 17th oct, its now 5th of December! I was under the impression this was a German firm but my order is being dispatched from Italy. Paula who is dealing with my order says covid is also contributing. If covid is a massive problem in Italy, why was it passed from Germany to Italy?! I feel like this is a FU from the Europeans because UK is leaving at the end of the month. Will not use mister worker again.
