Update - customer service was easy to work with and able to quickly make the order right and get the right tool to me fast. Thank you!! Great selection of products at great prices. Ordered several torque tools and it has taken 3 shipments to get the order right. Customer service has been kind, easy to work with, which is a plus. It would be great to see the warehouse and shipping departments operating with more agency and accuracy.

Ordine 83403 del 08/03/2023 ad oggi mi è stata consegnata soltanto la leva da carpenterie (ovviamente quella che aveva il costo minore di 5 €) mentre le 3 paia di stivali del costo restante di circa 85 € compreso spedizione ancora non mi sono stati recapitati . Mi comunicavano via email che mi sarebbero stati consegnati entro 7-8 giorni lavorativi ma ancora niente. Credo che mi rivolgerò ad un legale perché non si puo' carpire la buona fede dei consumatori.

Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The box was crushed on the corner and also had been torn opened prior to arrival. There was no interior packaging to maintain the shape of the box. The material the box is constructed of is very light and easliy crushed and torn. Need a better box for international shipping or packaging inside to help maintain package integrity. Products did arrive in good condition.
