Delivery was made quickly and efficiently! However, unfortunately in one of the sets there is a defective socket head. I understand this is a complaint against the manufacturer! It's a shame to receive a low-quality product from an eminent brand!

Quality and speed of service have always been great with Mister Worker. When the US distributor of one of our most popular items stopped carrying the Terry Organizers, I was happy to find that Mister Worker was able to provide those items at a competitive price.

Placed 2 orders for 4 items. I received the first item albeit a few days after the advised delivery date. There was no ship notification. I emailed a number of times and didn’t get any response despite saying they respond within 24-48hours. I put up a prior review and was contacted by customer service pretty quickly and offered a number of discounts to amend the review. I declined the discounts and requested a refund as the revised delivery date was a month later than the original. I received my refund pretty promptly and the CS rep Sara was helpful and prompt with her responses. It was disappointing that my initial emails were not responded to and it took a negative review to get the required information and feedback. The company has great products and good prices but customer communication /responsiveness and delivery estimates are areas where improvements can be made.

Je suis très satisfait. J'ai hésité car j'ai vu des avis négatifs. J'ai contacté la hotline pr email avant mon achat pour vérifier qu'ils avaient le produit en stock. J'ai eu réponse positive en - de 12h. J'ai acheté un cloueur béton dewalt a 550€ donc je voulais pas me tromper... J'ai reçu en 6j mon colis. Départ de chez eux en 48h. Je suis très satisfait et le tarif est le plus bas que j'ai pu comparer . 👍
