I'm using this opportunity to review the three orders we placed in September of 2024. 5th, 9/12 117804 (three Hazet-Werk items), 0.42 weight, 41 days duration from payment. Very disappointing delay. 6th, 9/15 118023 (Koken sockets), 16 days; Happy! 7th, 9/30 119122 (Koken sockets), 12 days; Hzppy! Average time for all three above; 23 days, So-so :-( Every-time that I order from MW, I avoid combining brands and avoid items that the website identifies as delayed. If my second and third orders, Hazet-Werk items, ordered in July and August, had not arrived in an average time frame of 17 days; I would say that MW had difficulty sourcing Hazet. I was able to

Poor customer service.. Miss leading A.I generated responses to emails.. purchased an item that dose not work in my country, returned to an address that was provided by them, of corse it was lost.. post was very expensive.. i own a business and would never treat my clients this way.. customer is always right.. except from Mister Worker..
