Pessima esperienza, peggior rivenditore mai incontrato. Acquistato aspirapolvere Festool, arrivato scatola con segni di precedenti etichette (già reso?), una volta aperto il macchinario risultava usato (il pulsante di accensione visibilmente sporco), la confezione non presentava libretto di istruzioni e/o garanzia. Il problema maggiore, tuttavia si è presentato all’accensione: il macchinario non risultava funzionante. Contattata l’assistenza clienti via mail, inviando foto e video come richiesto (assistenza telefonica non disponibile) risponde la mail automatica per diverse volte, indicandomi di contattare l’assistenza Festool in Italia. In seguito alle mie insistenze per effettuare reso/cambio, mi hanno risposto (dalla Thailandia) dicendo che sarò contattato. Ovviamente ciò non è mai accaduto, e ora mi ritrovo con un macchinario usato e non funzionante che non riesco né a rendere né a cambiare. Rivenditore sconsigliato: nessuna serietà!

Buon giorno, come comunicato in data 7 febbraio, i gg. 10 e 11/2/2025 non potevo ritirare la spedizione. Ciò nonostante, ieri pomeriggio SDA ha provato ha recapitarmi il pacco. Il servizio online non funziona ed ai numeri di telefono non ottengo informazioni. Fantastico, a questo proposito il msg di tracking: SDA Tracking number Colli: 1 Problema Problema 11/02/25 15:58 - CONTATTA ASSISTENZA MILANO 4 (numero ???, indirizzo mail ???) Quindi, o riesco ad avere la possibilità di ritirare la spedizione direttamente presso la filiale di SDA di Bolzano entro venerdì 14/2/2025 di questa settimana, oppure storno l'ordine. Worst company I have ever dealt with, have not replaced damaged item that was sent, had to pay two lots of import tax due to your mistake on shipping. Never in my whole life have a dealt with a more useless company, customer service was pathetic! I will be taking social media action and making sure no one makes the same mistake as I did by using this crooked company

Das ist ein Betrugsverein, der sich auf Fehler in der Übersetzung zurückzieht. Im konkreten Fall uns der Laden einen "schwenkbaren Kopf" geschickt, obwohl di Anzeige auf Getriebeheber mit schwenkbarem Kopf lautete. Ich sage nur Finger weg bei Mister Worker.

I'm from new Zealand, mister worker offers all the favorite brands with far cheaper price then the local suppliers can offer and I don't mind the wait for shipping as the time became predictable from purchase to purchase

Absolutely no issues, lowest price I could find, ordering was simple. Communication was good. Item dispatched on the date indicated and arrived in the UK very quickly. Customer services replied to my emails. I would have no hesitation in using again.
