Ho fatto 2 ordini diversi di 2 bicchieri con entrambi il pacchetto regalo. Andavano ovviamente a 2 persone diverse. Mi è però arrivato un unico pacco regalo con dentro le due scatole dei bicchieri.

The vases I purchased were as described on the site and they arrived with no damage. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of the products I have purchased from Mademuranoglass. My only disappointment with my latest order (I am a repeat customer) involves the shipping. This shipment required two boxes, one for each vase. The boxes ended up being separated during transit by DHL and the second package was delivered 4 days after the first. Because a signature was required and multiple Emails for delivery were sent by DHL, for the days where a delivery was indicated, I could not leave my home during the day through 20:00. The only solution for the future is to place orders that will fit into one box for shipping.
