My shopping was great. I really appreciate who, one or the several people , that chooses the pipes for your selection from the pipe makers your company represents. For me, I find them unique and one of a kind. Your payment process is simple. Shipping is timely. As to stop blowing smoke up your skirt I plainly don't see you when I search for "Italian" or "unique" handmade pipes. I have to rely on eBay or some dominant retailer in the U.S. that pale in comparison to you. I only found you at the first of the year after extensive searching. I have smoked pipes throughout seasons of my life but have become a full blown pipe smoker and collector since Christmas of last year. I have around 40 pipes now and started with none. I've bought two from you. Each time, however, it's only because I have exhausted other sites and remember you only because of the stones I've searched under to find you. Your customer feedback is excellent. I always hear back from you, usually sarcastically, yet when I buy from you, what follows is a reliable result. I guess what I'm saying we in the States need to see more of you. We have only one big franchise here, Tinder Box, and they are a cash cow with hardly any competition. It's the fellow pipe smokers here that sell estate, N.O.S. or brand new pipes that I can find the quality products that you offer regularly. Anyway, I appreciate you, the two pipes I have bought from you are in the top few of my favorite and unique pipes I own. Take it or leave I hope this helps. God bless and best regards. Craig.

Sito fatto molto bene che permette di trovare con facilità la pipa cercata tra le tante a disposizione, carina l'idea di allegare alla pipa acquistata un gentile omaggio.

E' il terzo acquisto che faccio. Questa volta ci sono stati ritardi da parte del corriere, ma l'assistenza del venditore è stata impeccabile. Sempre consigliato.

Gran bellissimo sito con tante marche di Pipe, rispondono velocemente alle mail per chiarimenti di ogni tipo, la Pipa mi è arrivata due giorni dopo il pagamento, impeccabile e bellissima. Grazie Leopipe.

Sono un cliente abituale di Le Pipe ma tutte le volte riescono a sorprendermi perché non fai a tempo a perfezionare l'ordine e il pagamento che la nuova pipa è già in viaggio e in brevissimo tempo arriva pronta per essere accesa. Chapeau !! Che altro dire: scelta vastissima, pressoché infinita; prezzi assolutamente competitivi; servizio eccellente. Cosa chiedere di più? Michele Mosca

Ho potuto apprezzare, come nel caso dei precedenti Ordini fatti, la completezza e chiarezza del Sito internet per scegliere il prodotto e poi fare on line l'Ordine di acquisto; la consegna è avvenuta in brevissimo tempo ( considerando anche il fine settimana) ed la pipa risultava nella sua confezione "Chacom" ed imballata nel migliore dei modi.

Gentile cliente questa richiesta di feedback sarebbe sul nostro lavoro e non sul corriere che lei ha scelto al momento dell'ordine. Purtroppo ci sono stati dei ritardi nella consegna, abbiamo inoltrato un reclamo appena ci siamo resi conto del problema e stiamo seguendo lo svilupparsi della cosa. Ovviamente continueremo a farlo e nel caso la spedizione non dovesse essere consegnata ci faremo carico rimborsando il cliente dell'intero importo dell'ordine.
