I love LePipe and have bought several Petersons from you, but wish you would make it clear HOW my pipe is to be shipped so I can make the choice. It shipped Italian Post, which is quite unreliable for overseas shipping, as I've had pipes go missing (not from LePipe) and it takes SO much longer than DHL or FedEx. Only AFTER I ordered the pipe did I discover it was coming Italian Post!! Other Italian sites simply ship DHL or FedEx. I'm glad I paid through PayPal, in case the pipe doesn't ever arrive, although I hope it will. Could you make this easier for us here in the US??

If you want to choose another courier or change the address, simply click on this link and proceed. Having said that, don't worry because even if you paid not using PayPal we have always guaranteed and compensated the customer if the shipment was lost. We will track your shipment until delivery or the problem is resolved.

Ho acquistato la mia prima Don Carlos, pipa eccellente e perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione fattane dal venditore che in questa transazione è stato molto serio, preciso e veloce nella comunicazione. Spedizione accurata e velocissima. Ho molto gradito il curapipe fattomi pervenire in omaggio con la pipa, bel gesto che non ho trovato su altro sito di vendite online nonostante le migliaia di euro spese. Venditore consigliatissimo, ricomprerò da loro.
