First I love my Garmont Boots. I have wore the soles off of them. It broke my heart that the new ones I ordered didn’t fit. The return process is crap. I’m still waiting on a refund…but only because they wouldn’t exchange for a larger size. I hate that my only complaint is the hassle of the return. More over I had to pay almost 17 dollars for them to be shipped to me in the beginning and then ask permission to send them back. Once I got permission I had to fork out another 15 dollars to send them back and still waiting on a refund so maybe I’ll buy another pair in the size I need. Fix the return process please! I am a Marine Corps Veteran and hate to think they would treat my brothers and sisters the way I feel I’m being treated.

Extremely well made and the design is outstanding. But, unless you have the feet of a ballerina you will have problems with sizes. The shoes are VERY narrow. I had to get a pair an entire size above what I usually order just to avoid pain. Very, very narrow.

I had a customer service issue. After calling, and speaking to Garmont's representative we found a fair and thoughtful solution to my problem. My interaction with Garmont was simple and professional. I am pleased with my new Garmont boots and look forward to wearing them regularly. Thank you

I have purchased an additional pair of boots and returned the first pair because the size was incorrect. I have yet to receive a refund for the first pair. I will contact again to find out what is going on with the refund. The boots are however very nice and comfortable.

return process was a pain and not simple. Additionally they do not provide exchanges so if you dont get the right size you have to start back over before you get your new pair.

Grommet broke after one day of use. Submitted the problem over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them.
