At first there was an error with my address, which caused my order to be returned by the Post Office. I reached out to customer service and got a response from Jim. Jim was extremely patient, timely, and professional handling the shipping issues I was having. He was very kind with his responses to my emails, and I am extremely grateful. Thank you, Jim! I will definitely be ordering again because of how he handled the situation.

I purchased boots and was surprised by how comfortable and light they are. I will definitely be re-ordering them once they wear out.

I had no problems with Garmont so easy to work with. I had to return shoes that I bought for Mr and my son and it was easy to do, only thing that sucked was had to pay the shipping costs for return.

The boots are a huge improvement over what he was issued in BCT. However, I had to ship them to myself and turn around & pay to ship them to him because it would not allow enough characters in the address lines for me to enter his address. That is why I’m giving 4 stars, not bc of the product but because of the checkout process. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Fast delivery, great customer service and a superior shoe. I’ve been wearing Garmont for 14 years and I have no reason to shop for any other shoe. The arch, heel support as well as the ball of my feet are nestled in their foot bed. I totally recommend this product! Thank you Garmont!
