I have purchased an additional pair of boots and returned the first pair because the size was incorrect. I have yet to receive a refund for the first pair. I will contact again to find out what is going on with the refund. The boots are however very nice and comfortable.

return process was a pain and not simple. Additionally they do not provide exchanges so if you dont get the right size you have to start back over before you get your new pair.

These boots are the best shoes I’ve ever worn for work. As a woman in LE it’s nice to finally wear boots meant for women instead of using men’s boots !

Grommet broke after one day of use. Submitted the problem over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them.

After reviewing our records, I have confirmed that your boots are registered with us, although I haven't found any previous correspondence from you. I ordered a two day shipping for my order and it cost me 45 dollars extra. It took 7 days for my boots to come.

Your website does not work properly. The cart was not working properly. I suggest your executives go online and proceed through the buying process. It is not smooth or problem free. When asking questions it takes days to get a response. You should have a phone number that someone can call. Your system need a top to bottom review.

Return process is a bit redundant. If sizing is off, paying shipping fees to return items was not ideal. Customer service was definitely good.

Got the boots way ahead of schedule, got to hike the weekend after moving. The boots I got are durable, breathable, and great for everything. Will be buying from Garmont again.
