Site is easy to use but customer service sucks

I bought the Garmont NFS and I absolutely love them. During basic, I would always get blisters and now it is a pleasure to wear boots!

Exactly what my son was looking for. These were a gift after Basic. They feel more like a sneaker than a boot & low profile. He was getting blisters with his issued boots and these have been a big improvement

Long story short I had grades 1-4 stress fractures in both ankles, got the Athena in the same size as my running shoes-they fit like a glove, next to no breaking in necessary, and I didn’t have to change the insoles! I was able to actually heal my ankles in these! I refuse to use another brand after my experience with these! If you get the socks though- SIZE DOWN!

I made my order and received it perfectly. I needed to return the boots, and after weeks, I still haven’t heard from the company. You have to request a return and be accepted. I’ve called the company and no one answers. I needed my over $200 back to get a different gift for my soldier. He’ll go back soon with nothing!

I ordered the new 9.81 Alert boots and they seem comfortable the few times that I’ve worn them. They run at a minimum a half size small but closer to a full size small so I had to return them and get a larger size. I went up half a size when I really should’ve gone up a full size but I don’t want to return them buy the same pair of boots three times. Having to pay for the return shipping due to them running small is an inconvenience. I’m on the fence about ordering any more boots in the future due to the sizing irregularities and it costing me money to ship them back

Great fit. These are my second pair and my favorite hiking boots. I put conservatively 2,500 miles on the last pair in two years. Hope to do the same with these. (Non snow hiking/walking)

These boots are great! The break ion time is short they are warm and they are water proof. I work in a warm humid climate and know they aren’t super cool but they are comfortable and dry when the rain is out in force. I have no complaints.

The only reason for 4 stars, is because of a slight hiccup with shipping. Other than that, the boots are outstanding! Love these things. The run a tad big so I would recommend getting them a half size smaller. Thank you Garmont Tactical for my newest duty boots I will be wearing for the remainder of my career!

Bought a pair of T8 Bifidas. They arrived defective and the eyelets in the center just popped out without them even being walked in for more than a day. Still no response from customer support about warranty

Ordered boots and socks for my grandson who is stationed in Bulgaria. Had them shipped directly to him, hoping they would be there by Christmas. Much to our surprise, he received them in 2 weeks. He loves the boots and socks. Thank you!
