Was waiting for a long time for dragontails techs. Was happy to see an email from Garmont letting me know a product was available. I recently purchased but have not had a chance to use product yet.

I waited 2 years to replace this particular model. Had to constantly check back to see when and if it would be restocked. Hard to get responses. The automatic notification did not work. Finally got the item and they had changed the design that it was not what I thought I was getting.

Excellent customer service!! Boots I ordered were actually out of stock. I received a phone call from Kyle to tell me the unfortunate news. Kyle then proceeded to help me find a better boot for my needs and he totally nailed it.

I have owned several pairs of the Tower Trek boots over the years. I think they are a great boot for hiking, backpacking, and light mountaineering. I was saddened to see that production of them has been discontinued. That is why I bought this pair from the clearance tab. If the boot was still made, I would have given 5 stars.
