Awaiting response from 2 separate enquierys Paid for postage 2-3 days and items still have not arrived 6days later with no communication

I ordered a replacement control board right before Christmas. Due to Ducati closing for the holidays, they decided to wait to ship after reopening on Jan 7, 25 just in case there were shipping issues. An email was sent to me explaining this and asked for my ok. I didn't check my spam box for several days as that's where the email went. I was ok with waiting and responded explaining my mistaken but the company was closed. Ducati did have a issue with a shipper losing my order. I have received confirmation through DHL Express that my order will be delivered by tomorrow. Hopefully delivery will happen. It seems there is an issue with shipping companies and even the USPS as service is not what it used to be.

I ordered the HC812-400 PRO twin swing arm system, but before I did I needed to know a few technical things as to whether the system would be suitable for my needs. I found that the technical support team very helpful and answered all my questions fully and very quickly. I have installed the system and it was easy and trouble free to install, and it’s all working fine. I would highly recommend this company and the quality products and helpfulness of the team.

Communicating with your staff was difficult and at best not too helpful. I had to call your office in Italy a few times to discover that the order was delayed due to your inability to confirm my name. My name and mailing address were clearly indicated in prior communication. This lag led to excessive delay in conveying these tracks to the end user in Nigeria. On one occasion the staff went to lunch and was required to call back and went I called back the office was closed as a result of time difference between New York and Italy. I suggest instituting a more effective backup system to prevent customers’ frustration. The initial order did not come with the track instruction bolts.

Dear Efosa Oyemwense, As you did not place a standard order on our website, but simply communicated to us by email and Chat. It was difficult for us as well as you placed an order by email, but did not write your full data. We therefore could not ship your order until you finally, confirmed your name and surname. In the future, when you communicate, you must write your name and surname. Now your name and surname are matched with your email in our database, but note it is not possible to ship an order having just an address and an email address, To ship by carriers we need a name-surname, address, and a phone number. Be more precise and we will all avoid frustration and loss of time.
