When looking at product and completing my purchase I was able to select Canada as my country but it was not made clear to me that my purchase would be charged to my credit card in US Dollars. That was a surprise which added considerably to the overall cost. There were also import duties and customs fees that I had to pay when the shipment arrived. Overall I was not pleased because with a little more effort Diadora could help international buyers see all of those fees and be fully aware of them.

I contacted customer service to see what size I wore in the n9000. She told me to go a half size bigger. So I did and received a bigger size then expected because they are sized in men’s sizes. I know the shoe said unisex but had no idea a size 7 would be for a man instead of a women’s 7. It is very confusing how their sizing is. I sent an email telling about the mistake asking if I could just exchange for the right size and I could send shoe back for free since I was still going to get a pair. I was told no and I would have to send it back and pay (which I know in a normal return you would but this case in different). I spent $35 just to ship back the shoes and still have not received the refund of the shoes I bought. Very very disappointed and will not be ordering from diadora in the future.
