Nel complesso un'esperienza di acquisto moto positiva, a partire dal prezzo: ho acquistato tutti articoli in saldo con un risparmio medio superiore al 50% e non ho pagato spese di spedizione avendo superato la soglia dei 149 Euro ( soglia che ritengo peraltro eccessiva dal momento che altri siti prevedono una spedizione standard gratutia). Tempi di consegna rapidi e merce in ottime condizioni; modelli, colori e taglie corrispondenti a quanto ordinato. Imballaggio ok, comunicazione efficace (e-mail di follow-up sull'ordine). Non ho avuto necessità di effettuare resi ne di contattare il servizio clienti.
