Dear Wasim, As we have already explained to you multiple times, DHL requires a signature upon delivery. You decided to authorize DHL to deliver the package with no signature required. My purchase is perfect. The bag is very nice with great condition. Just on problem that the website not included tax and duties... I was charged taxes twice.. Hope the price will include taxes and duties in the future!

Love the Axel Arigato trainers. The buying process was easy but a lack of upfront detail regarding import taxes to the UK was a real disappointment, nearly rejecting the DHL delivery at the door!
