Bought a replacement bike seat. Buying experience is fine. Bike seat is much more softer/flexy than expected. I will need to swap it out for something else. Not sure how to exchange or if I can at this point.

Love the C17 with cut out, but I wish the surface was smother and not quite so sticky- I like to slide back and forth and side to side whilst driving. The cut out gives it a nice flex, and I love the fact that it's not made of skin! How about a saddle made with slightly stretchy, strong cloth (hemp?), possibly with adjustable tension, and hopefully a smooth surface!

The shopping experience was wonderful. Received it in three days. My only complaint is that I had to go to the bike shop to get the tension screw installed. But I am a Brooks person through and through.

Very happy with the handlebar grips. I thought I was purchasing from Brooks uk and to buy British. So why did they come from Italy, which also took longer to get here.. Paying the £10 postage for such a small package is a bit on the steep side and I would have expected a next day delivery for the cost of shipping these out.. No way will they get here in that time from another country.. Next time I want to but Brooks products, I will buy them from a uk stocked shop. And not Brooks direct…

Bei einem 10 - 15 Jahre alten Sattel hatte sich die Spannschraube soweit gelockert, das ich sie unbemerkt samt Spannring verloren hatte. Da der Sattel, den ich für verloren hielt, ursprünglich nicht billig gewesen war, ging ich dennoch auf die Suche nach Ersatzteilen im Internet und wurde fündig. Die Zustellung der Ersatzteile erfolgte sehr zügig, die Kosten dafür waren gering, Porto teilweise teurer als Ersatzteil. Am wichtigsten: Der Sattel fühlt sich neu gespannt bequemer denn je an. Das Anbringen des Spannbolzens war nicht ganz so einfach, wie es in dem ansonsten sehr hilfreichen YouTube-Video von Brooks erscheint. Allerdings lassen die im Video eingesetzten Werkzeuge vermuten, dass ein gewisser Kraftaufwand erforderlich ist. Insgesamt bin ich mit der zu Recht nachhaltig zu nennenden Konstruktion des Sattels, wie auch mit der prompten Lieferung und der Qualität der Ersatzteile extrem zufrieden.
