Love the seat . What I do not love it that it came in the brooks box, dusty, not attached to the cardboard holder and with the envelope ripped open prior to me opening it. This makes me think it was a return and quality control missed the mark on repackaging it. Great seat nonetheless but very dissatisfied upon unboxing. Last two I bought were pristine , attached to cardboard holder, with wrapping paper, and unopened envelope. My review is based on one experience of three. My review is not about the seat as it's still by far my favourite (b17 carved,brooks cambium octane and orange)

The shopping experience, shipping, etc… was all straightforward and fast. My saddle isn’t fully broken in yet but the carver seems more comfortable faster than my old b17 I broke (almost 20 years old, it went down in a Mtb accident). I tried several different saddles after that and finally decided it was time to go Brooks again!

Exactly what I wanted, great craftsmanship although I haven't spent any time on the saddle yet it seems like it will work great. Easy company to shop with and shipping was pretty quick. I will be buying a couple more for other bikes.

Ordering process was easy and shipping (express shipping included) was very fast. I got the saddle 2 days after the order (Italy to Germany).

The Brooks website allowed me to filter based on my riding style and steered me to a B67 Short. The saddle shipped promptly and with excellent communication. It arrived beautifully packaged with a small packet of Proofide to protect the underside.

Product arrived in time, but is actually overpriced for what it is, the Leather Bartape. Most annoyingly, they are too short for standard drop bar handles. Where is the over a century experience with bike parts, gentlemen?

I bought leather bar tapes in the honey colour to match my Brokks Swift saddle as a replacement for a worn pair. I must say that although the quality seems identical, I am disappointed with the colour. I was expexcting a more hazelnut kind of honey tone, that version has more orange tinges to me, I am hoping that when it will worn out it will soften a bit.
