Prompt, exhaustive replies, generous shipping and duty policy, detailed invoicing, generally dignified and effective service -- could not be better. Had a lot of trouble with DHL, but that is unrelated and thankfully did not need to be escalated or brought up with Brooks in this case. And, of course, breathtaking saddle that I cannot wait to enjoy for a long, long time.

The saddle was exactly what I expected and all that I love about Brooks saddles. For now it's a very hard ride, but with time and patience for "breaking in", it will become as comfortable as a foam-gel seat, at the same time as being much more long-lasting.

I own several bicycles and they all have Brook saddles on them. I purchased two seat covers from Brooks to protect my seats from bad weather and I was not disappointed with the quality of the covers. Thank you for the great products!
