I am a repeat customer because I was satisfied with the product, the shipping and the Customer Service. That is why I also gave excellent ratings the previous ordering times. However, with the current purchase process, my experience was a mixed bag. I was very pleased with how quickly the CS agent processed the order including VAT exemption. I was also happy to receive my order within 48 hours to a non-European destination. Then things got more complex with issues in the communication with CS Agents. Since I was granted VAT exemption, the CS Agent advised me that she had to increase the shipping fee, it almost doubled. The reason was explained to me and I had no objection. However, when the goods arrived in the destination country, I was charged local Courier Service Fees that I was NOT informed about in advance. This added an unexpected cost to the purchase price that was neither anticipated and nor considered/pre-evaluated by me. The second issue was about an accessory for the product (slippers). After the previous order, I suggested improving the quality of the accessory because it teared after just a few uses. The CS Agent informed me that an improvement had been made but she could not guarantee that I would receive the improved version from production/older stock and if I insisted on having the latest version the shipping cost would be on me alone. That response did not please me. Due to the two problems, an intense communication developed between me and the CS agents. Unfortunately I was criticized for asking too many questions and discussing the issues too much, for asking unwarranted questions. The treatment I received from the CS Agents when I questioned the issue of the accessory and the issue of omitting information about the local Courier Service Fees was an unpleasant experience and in my eyes even insulting. I expected better than that from the CS Agents. Hence, the the current purchase has regretfully left me a bitter aftertaste.

I like that they ship internationally. Very good products. My surgeon used the compression garment from CzSalus for the legs but another brand for the arms and I told him to switch to CZsalus for the arms as well. Really like the bolero and compression leggings K2.

I ordered a custom pair of leggings. The ordering process was fantastic; they arrived faster than I expected them to. The quality of the material was also excellent. Unfortunately, however, the custom sizing just didn't work for me. The inseam on the leggings was too short for me. I suspect that it didn't work in my particular case because I have long legs and a short torso, so going off just my height can be misleading. I think that asking patients for their inseam measurement instead of their height would improve this.

I love the leggings for my lipolymphedema. I have tried others and they were not as comfortable nor did they show as much support. I live in US and their shipping is phenomenal, fast and smooth.
