Fast delivery, good quality products. - Sometimes I miss more information about the use of the products. For such expensive ones, I expect more samples instead of 1 sample. A bit poor compared to other similar webshops

Tijdens een weekend in Milaan, ontdekte ik Collistar. Ik was wat sceptisch, want tot op dat moment reageerde ik allergisch op veel andere merken. Collistar kwam, zag en overwon. Her voortdurend innoveren, dierproefvrije producten, rekening houdend met het milieu. Rigenera is momenteel mijn favoriete lijn, naast de make-up, de heerlijke douche-olie, de bodycrèmes. Kortom, ik ben een heel tevreden klant van Collistar.

After ten days from an order a package has not been delivered yet. First delivery attempt failed due to lack of information about a designated time spot. After that the package was directed to an Access point which is 8.5 km from the initial delivery address and marked as delivered. Since then neither another delivery attempt, nor any further information about the package was provided.

I ordered a few cosmetics and before paying on your site was the list of ordered items included a free face brush (a special offer of Collistar). After paying it disappeared from the list I 've received via e-mail. It did not come also. I find it low, sort ripping off the costumer.

Mi experiencia no ha sido buena, compré los productos el 16 de septiembre, ayer día 26 la empresa de reparto me comunica que será entregado durante el día, pero no recibí nada y hoy me pone que el paquete está en Alemania. He solicitado la devolución y el reembolso de los productos.

It was very easy to order from Collistar and the package came quickly. It was just difficult to change the delivery time at UPS. But that is beyond your responsibility? A happy costomer from the Netherlands.
